Do you suffer from PMS??

Mood swings are so much a part of women, dealing with it is so much like a daily routine…It’s so common women feel depressed, crave for someone to care, feel lonely, get angry for nothing at all, feel like crying etc etc…we knows it’s due to our monthly periods, But with being so used to it we forget to know to what extend is our mood swings harming us. Medically it is termed as Pre-Menstrual-Syndrome (PMS).

We know we are suffering, but what we don’t know is how much we are suffering!!...and even if we know how much, we have no clue about how we explain it to others, we lose control on our self, anger is at its peak, we feel all we need sometimes is a shoulder to cry and sometimes want to shout at someone…dealing with it is so not easy, and no way you can try and make people understand, not even other women…people might think we are crazy, acting stupid etc etc… We definitely know it’s not our mistake, but our hormonal imbalance is literally killing us..

So, rather than trying to explain it to people its better we try and help ourselves…First know the symptoms and its extent and go about  it accordingly.
